This was a flight from Eagle’s Creek in South Africa to Xaxaba in the Okovango Delta for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We took off from Eagle’s Creek and landed at Lanseria for Customs and Emigration formalities. From there we headed for Maun in Botswana, but we had an open door emergency which required an unscheduled (emergency) landing at Matsieng in Botswana. Once that was sorted, we resumed for Maun and had a good flight from there. What a magical experience.
