The decrease in air traffic due to the COVID pandemic created a unique opportunity to log a landing at KLGA. While talking to LGA tower as we came up the east river, I asked to proceed direct LGA for a landing and it was approved! I entered a right downwind for RWY22 and was cleared for a touch-and-go. After landing, I was vectored over Jackson Heights, then Flushing, Queens for a final approach to landing at JFK.
